Deep-rooted label stalwart, Confute, returns to Compatible Music to set the wheels in motion for 2016 alongside Boston-based Irishman, R.E.C. With a friendship spanning almost two decades, the ‘Unexpected’ extended player is far from literal, quite the contrary, standing testament to a meeting of creative minds that have intertwined for some time.
The triple header of originals, (‘Unexpected’, ‘Le Dot’ and ‘Double Down’) receive further abutment as if any were needed, owing to a package of stomping remixes from the well-established David Scuba and Eden of East. The latter designates an electrifying new collaboration between two of Hungary’s most promising production prospects; Adwer and Sanfranciscobeat.
