Sebastian Markiewicz has gained momentum in 2014 and continues to gain popularity in 2015. He has released two tracks on his label, Compatible Music, and one track licensed to Bedrock Records.
To start off the year, he has released the ‘So Adventurous’ EP, which features three high-quality and innovative tracks.
The EP begins with the mesmerizing title track, ‘So Adventurous’, which establishes a deep and memorable groove and adds upfront hooks that lead the track towards a more melodic direction.
The following track, ‘Creatures From The Forest’, is appropriately titled, with stunningly mystical textures and a funk-laden bassline that expertly carries the track to its peak.
‘Oasis’ is the final track in the set, with Markiewicz taking a slightly more experimental approach with off-kilter broken beats that build to a climax with killer arps and pads.
Overall, the EP is diverse and beautifully produced.
