CMP006 : Receiver by Sebastian Markiewicz with Confute Remix
Compatible Music is ending the year with a bang with its sixth release, a progressive and driving house track called “Receiver” by label head Sebastian Markiewicz. The track is uplifting and features a fusion of melody and low-slung energy, making it perfect for peak-time dancefloors.
Confute, who is joining the label on remix duties, takes a deeper and more twisted approach with their version of the track. They maintain the original’s trippy, melodic underbelly while adding a darker, techier introduction. Confute pays tribute to the energy of the original with a reminder of its lead synth at the break before stripping things back again for a powerful finish.
